Amazing Estate in heart of Poconos with Private Heated Pool and Hot Tub

PRIVATE OUTDOOR POOL is open from mid-May through the end of September. Please check on minimum nights required for summer season. They vary from 3-7 nights. One of the kind property with Outdoor Pool, hot tub for 7 people, Volleyball court, soccer field in the heart of Poconos. Within 10 min to Kalahari water park, casino, outlet mall, Camelback ski area and Camel-Beach water park. Located in Emerald lakes community, filled with amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, restaurant, basketball courts, lakes and beaches). You will have full access to all amenities available within the community. Short distance to the pool, tennis courts and the beach at the lake. On the main level: living room with real wood burning fireplace and 65" smart TV, dining area with 2 tables that seats up to 18 people, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor: 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. The game room with pool table, Ping pong, poker table and foosball located in the attached building. Above the game room are 3 other bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Wonderful!

Perfect house for large groups, with everything we needed

We chose this house for our annual Pocono vacation with our kids and grandkids because it was roomy and had a pool … and it worked out perfectly ! There were 15 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to be together, or to separate. Everything was exactly as explained in the listing, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was all very clean and organized. We all loved the pool and hot tub … and the game room was perfect for days when the weather did not cooperate. The fire pit was great for making s’mores, and the outdoor lighting was just wonderful for evening swims. Eugene was quick to respond to my questions and inquiries and was a pleasure to work with … and when we had a problem with the wifi due to a bad storm, he made sure it was resolved as soon as possible. It is such a lovely property and very conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants … we would definitely come back again for another vacation!

We had a great time here! The house is well sectioned with different zones for people to spend time together and also have space. Pool and hot-tub were a big hit and the yard was great for afternoon activities. 10/10 will stay here again!

Not a luxury house

The house is fine but not luxury. We spent two nights here for a reunion and all ten of us agreed it was a lot of money for what it is. The sheets are polyester and everyone woke up sweating. For a luxury house, nicer cotton sheets and bedding would be appropriate. The stairs to the second floor area cannot be to code. They are very narrow and I would not recommend for elders/children. The stove did not work well and was hard to use. The house provided ample space and bedrooms but that is about all.
